Message from the Chairman

Have you ever wished you could have an impact on the future of the land title industry? The NAILTA-PAC gives you the opportunity. As you may know, our legislative efforts in Washington, D.C, are vital to the continuing success of the title industry. With few members of Congress having any knowledge of our industry and with well-funded groups trying to put a stop to our industry, it is critical that we constantly work to be the authoritative voice in the U.S. land title industry in Washington, D.C. As the nation’s only Association supporting the efforts of the independent land title agent we must get involved and explain our message. Our message is a good one.

In addition to overseeing and caring for the land title records throughout the United States, we also insure the payment of taxes, child support and a multitude of other payments that otherwise would not be made.  This is all due to our diligence in the searching of the land title records. We represent an industry that insures billions in real property sales annually. Members of Congress should turn to us for advice on issues affecting real property ownership and the protection of the consumer. One way we can educate legislators, counteract the falsehoods spread by activists and change the feelings about our industry is with a strong Political Action Committee (PAC). The NAILTA-PAC has set a goal to raise $300,000 yearly to accomplish that job, but we need your help. With your investment in the NAILTA-PAC, we can communicate our message on Capitol Hill.

PLEASE get involved and contribute as much as you can afford. Do your part to preserve the future of the title industry.
